Volvo Trucks Highlights New 2017 Powertrain in Truck World 2016 Lineup

Volvo Trucks North America’s new 2017 powertrain will take the spotlight at Truck World 2016 April 14-16 at the International Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Featuring several innovations to boost fuel efficiency and productivity, Volvo’s new powertrain was engineered to provide customers best-in-class performance and an improved total cost of ownership.

​Volvo will display four trucks in booth No. 1047 during the show. All four models will feature Volvo's integrated powertrain, which combines a Volvo proprietary engine and Volvo's I-Shift automated manual transmisson. Each truck also comes standard with Remote Diagnostics, Volvo's telematics-based proactive diagnostics and repair planning system that's proven to improve uptime by up to one day per event.
