Mack Trucks Hands Over Keys to Red Classic’s 1,000th Mack Highway Vehicle

Mack Trucks Hands Over Keys to Red Classic’s 1,000th Mack Highway Vehicle
Spencer Webster, president of Red Classic, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Consolidated based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S., recently accepted keys for a Mack® Anthem model from Jonathan Randall, Mack Trucks senior vice president of sales and commercial operations. The Mack Anthem model is the 1,000th over-the-road vehicle that Red Classic has purchased from Mack Trucks. Webster accepted the vehicle during a special celebration event at Mack’s Lehigh Valley Operations (LVO), based in Macungie, Pennsylvania, where all Mack Class 8 models for North America and export are assembled. McMahon Truck Centers of Charlotte, North Carolina, services and supports Red Classic.

The Mack Anthem model is the 1,000th over-the-road vehicle that Red Classic has purchased from Mack Trucks. The vehicle was presented during a special celebration event at Mack’s Lehigh Valley Operations (LVO), based in Macungie, Pennsylvania, where all Mack Class 8 models for North America and export are assembled. During the event, Red Classic executives toured LVO, and Webster drove the Mack Anthem model off the production line. Red Classic’s fleet primarily consists of day cab models, and executives market the company as a 100 percent Mack trucks fleet. McMahon Truck Centers of Charlotte, North Carolina, services and supports Red Classic.
