Mack Trucks is again supporting for the ninth year #NASCARSalutes, an annual campaign dedicated to honoring the U.S. Armed Forces, veterans and their families. This year, Mack fans voted for their favorite special patriotic design choice to be wrapped on three Mack Pioneer models as part of NASCAR Salutes.
Nearly 2,400 fans voted online to determine the patriotic wrap now featured on three Mack Pioneer trucks — a bold red, white and blue scheme displaying the emblems of all six military branches.
The wrapped Pioneers are among 11 all-new Mack Pioneer 76-inch High-Roof Sleeper models recently added to the NASCAR fleet as part of an expanded partnership with Mack, the Official Hauler of NASCAR. All three will remain in active service throughout the season, traveling track to track with the goal of appearing at every event.
The Mack Pioneer, which began production in 2025, is Mack’s most aerodynamic and fuel-efficient highway truck to date, delivering up to 11 percent improved fuel efficiency compared with previous models. NASCAR’s custom-spec’d Pioneer models are powered by the Mack MP®13 engine producing 515 horsepower and 1,900 lb.-ft. of torque, paired with the Mack mDRIVE™ 12-speed overdrive automated manual transmission. The 76-inch High-Roof Sleeper configuration features the innovative FlexSuite system with premium mattresses, providing drivers with maximum comfort during NASCAR’s grueling travel schedule.
The trucks will make their next stop at Pocono Raceway this weekend on Sunday, June 14, at the Great American Getaway 400. They made their debut at Charlotte Motor Speedway during the Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend.
