Through short, focused projects, weco-develop technologies that address real business challenges in sustainable mobility. Each corporate startup collaboration happens within ourCampX innovation hubs worldwide, connecting startups directly with engineers, managers, and decision-makers to validate their solutions in live industrial settings.
What does a corporate accelerator do?
The corporate startup accelerator turns startup innovation into practical value. Together, we design and run Proof of Value projects - short, hands-on collaborations that test your technology under real conditions. You’ll gain Volvo Group as your customer during the project, while our engineers and innovation managers help refine your solution for scale.

Corporate Incubator - Venture Access
Venture Access is Volvo Group’s corporate startup incubator, providing an entry point for early-stage startups developing solutions for sustainable mobility. In it we collaborate to turn your startup ideas into tested concepts with our engineers, mentors, and R&D teams. Startups can co-locate at our CampX innovation hub in Gothenburg to validate their technologies and co-design real solutions for the transport industry.

Incubation periods vary depending on development needs. Accelerator projects, the proof-of-value collaborations, typically run between three to six months. Startups part of the Incubator typically stay one, maximum two years before growing out of this program.
