The Volvo Penta product line complements our horsepower range, so we can be a full-range marine propulsion provider. It will also open new repowering opportunities for FDDA.”
Bill Mossey, Vice President, Pacific Power Group, said, “Volvo Penta has a tremendous product range with a number of industry-leading products such as IPS, DPx sterndrive and the commercial diesel inboard range that offers industry-leading fuel consumption and durability. In addition, Volvo Penta has a world-class distribution system with parts availability and speed of delivery that are unmatched in the marine industry. The customer reception has been overwhelmingly positive, and we have already exceeded our expectations with order awards for new construction and repower projects in the workboat segment.”
