Principal Engineer , ESW

The role of Principal Engineer, Application is to Manage the product according to the Roadmap directive, i.e. scope, time plan,budget. Ensure that self and Team is able to decompose feature to Realise functional E2E needs and to Implement requirements, designs, Specify, implementation, Verify and deploy.
Identify and specify all Functional development and realize the function in quality assured design and code in accordance with feature need defined for Product.

•Manage the product Roadmap according to the Market feature.
•Responsible for planning, organizing, reporting and following up the in accordance with the approved processes.
•Include interests from all concerned stakeholders and secure their involvement and buy-in throughout the entire Product development.
•Reviewing E2E functional, system requirements and analysis.
•The decomposition of functional and system requirements to teams for design and implementation.
•Develop specific Function development improvements not only given by the Project or system requirements.
•Develop Product design in the given development tool with team.
•The design of a logical design component into one or several components, using best practices in combination with usage of designs.
•Document the design, using the defined notation, in design documents or in design tool.
•Delivery of Solution of feature with software ,components, Verification, builds , vehicle tests.
•Functional E2E working Realisation of the Product.
•Assist the Spec, Implement , Veify , Integrate solutions.
•Estimation of the development of E2E function solutions .
•Identify and deliver the need of calibration and variant management parameters.
•Identify and deliver the need of fault code identifiers (DTC, FMI, PID, PPID etc.).

Qualification & Background:

•10+ years experience in the automotive solution development area.
•BE/ in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
•Excellent Product Knowledge, debugging , Analytical and Problem solving skills.
•Proficiency in Feature enhancements.
•Experience in AUTOSAR, exposure to Agile development methodologies
•Knowledge of CAN, LIN, J1939, UDS protocol, MATLAB
•Exposure to tools debuggers, CANalyzer, CANoe.
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
