The global Customer Solutions team at Volvo Construction Equipment has a great opportunity for a Manager Proactive Services.

Position Description
“Proactive Services” refers to the services using the remote machine data in proactive processes.
Together with the Connected Services Management Team, you set the business direction for your area and you translate it into priorities for your team.
You lead strategically and in collaboration with your team members the design and bundling of services according to our customers’ and dealers’ needs.
You develop business models and pricing strategies as part of the go-to-market strategy. You build a sale speech together with the Sales Regions to reach revenue targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to build an effective collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders in the Sales Regions, IT and Technology teams.
You build trust in the team and you take an active role in the personal growth of your team members.
Who are you?
You have a commercial mindset, you drive initiatives and you bring innovation in the successful running of your business area to create additional revenue.
You have an excellent understanding of your customer’s needs at the machine, site and business level gained through Sales, Marketing or Product Management.
You are experienced and comfortable with analyzing data, presenting and making a recommendation to the senior leadership level.
You have a master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or other relevant disciplines. You are fluent in English; Swedish would be a nice asset. Your home base is Eskilstuna, Sweden and you are able to travel frequently.
