CEO, Group Executive Board and Group Management

The CEO is in charge of the Group's daily management through the Group Executive Board. The Group Executive Board is the highest operational decision forum in the Group, subordinated to the AB Volvo Board of Directors. Members of the Group Executive Board are the CEO, CFO, the Presidents of Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Energy and the heads of Trucks Divisions and Group Functions. Members of the Group Executive Boards have the title Executive Vice President (EVP). The Group Executive Board comprises 12 members including the CEO. In addition, the Presidents of the Business Areas Volvo Buses, Volvo Penta, VAS and VFS also report directly to the CEO and are part of the Group Management together with the members of the Group Executive Board.
