The global Customer Solutions Team at Volvo Construction Equipment has a great opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Product Manager.
Position Description
Customer Solutions is at the heart of our business. The mission of the Global Repair & Maintenance Services department is to develop and market services that improve the uptime and total cost of ownership of Volvo Construction Equipment machines. This in turn makes our dealers’ and end-customers’ businesses more efficient and profitable.
You will be working in the Repair and Maintenance Services team. We are responsible for developing and delivering Extended Coverage, Repair & Maintenance Agreements, Care Inspections, and Oil Analysis to our four Sales Regions. We support the Sales Regions with implementation and commercial approaches to drive the sales of our services to dealers and customers around the world. This includes the development of global dealer material, such as handbooks, guidelines and trainings. You will also be responsible for providing input for the development of global end customer marketing material. In order to manage your job successfully, you will be required to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as other Customer Solutions Teams, Warranty and Technical Support, Brand & Marketing Communication, Competence Development and our Sales Regions and Dealers.

You are passionate to drive global business development, sales and marketing initiatives in order to achieve higher revenues and profits. You are fluent in written and spoken English. You are able to travel occasionally from your home base in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
