Head of Human Resources
This is the role
As Head of HR your key mission is to drive and develop a people focus across the organization and to support the new organization in reaching its strategic objectives
You will develop the Human Resource strategy and drive HR activities that are aligned with business needs, and enable HR partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role you will also contribute with your solid knowledge of both current and future competence needs, to give insights and advice that support strategic business decisions.
The Head of HR will set the HR strategy and define the direction in order to ensure a solid people focus in the new organization and give advice in HR related matters of strategic importance, such as acquisitions and organizational changes
Furthermore, you will be a key player in developing a strong, value-based culture with high ethical standards and you strive to enhance the employee experience, both in order to engage current employees and to attract new talents.
You continually strive to improve business performance and secure an agile organization, by making sure there are programs, tools and objectives to support change management, people growth and organizational design.
On a strategic level, you are responsible for core HR processes such as leadership sourcing, succession planning, performance management, compensation & benefits and strategic competence

You have extensive (10+ years) professional experience in Human Resource Management, and as a leader in international and multicultural environments, where you have worked on both a strategic and operational level.
You are also able to demonstrate a clear vision, a global mindset and you have a proven track record of successfully developing people and culture leadership.
You are a true HR professional with high integrity who actively strives for continuous development and keeps up to date with the latest HR trends.
Your leadership style is characterized by managerial courage, business acumen and trust and you have strong interpersonal skills, communicate in a clear and engaging way and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and networking.
Our new Head of HR holds a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably within the fields of HRM or Management and is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
