The Electromobility organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle, from strategic development to maintaining the products on the market. We drive the transition from conventional powertrains to Electromobility and secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. Electromobility is one of the keys to achieving sustainable mobility for the future.
You will be part of an agile and approachable organization with an optimistic atmosphere. This role is part of the management team consisting of 10 passionate colleagues.
What would you do in the role?
Responsibilities for this position includes the proactive ownership of a busy calendar, making the function run efficiently and representing Electromobility. Making things seamless by coordinating, planning, preparing and finding solutions to the unexpected requires someone with an excellent service mind.
Main activities and responsibilities
- Assisting VP with planning and organizing the agenda
- Support and follow up plans and activities
- Coordinate and assist in management meetings, including agenda planning, taking meeting minutes and track/follow-up on action items
- Travel arrangements and administration & expenses reports
- Administration of orders, invoices and expenses
To appreciate this job you enjoy the coordinator role, like working with deadlines, are a keen networker and have a positive mind-set and attitude. It is important to have a proactive focus and being able to transmit information accurately and understandably.
To be successful in this position you need to have excellent communication skills. You will be working in a high pace international environment that requires you to be well organized and flexible. And of course you are an inclusive person and an active team player.
- Relevant education or experience from similar positions
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn and use new IT tools and methods
- International business experience is a merit
