Human Resource Manager

Are you our new HR manager?
We are looking for a person who wants to develop and lead the business related HR work linked to our factory's strategy and business goals.
As HR Manager at Volvo CE Operations Eskilstuna you will work in close cooperation with the management team to identify and focus on the best of the business and its development opportunities. You will lead the Eskilstuna plant HR department consisting of a team of three HR business partners and administration support.
The HR Manager has a central role in the management team and reports to the General Manager. You are also a part of the global HR network together with HR colleagues from other plants and regional functions.
Main Responsibilities
As HR Manager you will have the overall responsibility for all our HR processes, both from a strategic and operational perspective, which means that an important focus connected to this role will be to continuously develop the processes within HR and implement them in our business. You will support our managers with your expertise in personnel matters, recruitment, competence development, labor law and rehabilitation.
You are responsible for employee relations and negotiations and also to support the engagement and participation from all the employees in order to define and implement needed improvements.
In order to succeed in this role you have experience from a senior HR position, deep knowledge and experience of HR leadership as well as experience from manufacturing environment. You have deep knowledge and experience of Swedish labor law and union relations and are comfortable working independently with many different assignments at the same time.
As a person you are flexible, committed and possess the ability to make things happen. You are humble, communicative and accurate. It is important that you enjoy working with people, but at the same time taking your own responsibility, and like working close to the business to find the best solutions. You have a university degree in HR or equivalent acquired skills. You have good abilities to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
