“The success of this boat has been truly incredible,” noted Nick Bischoff, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tiara Yachts. “Customers are wowed by the ride and handling of this boat, as well as the spacious aft stateroom and floor space we gained due to the engine room layout of the IPS.”

The 4300 Sovran was the first boat to be completely designed for IPS. Through a partnership with Volvo Penta, Tiara Yachts engineers were able to optimize on all the efficiencies this system has to offer including increased acceleration, fuel efficiency, a tighter turning radius, and much more interior space.

The success of the 4300 Sovran has lead Tiara Yachts to expand their relationship with Volvo Penta to develop two more models incorporating IPS, the 3900 Sovran and the upcoming 5800 Sovran. The 5800 Sovran, the new flagship of the Tiara Yachts fleet, will feature a triple IPS configuration for unparalleled speed and comfort.

Tiara Yachts continues to work closely with all of their suppliers to bring customers the most up to date technologies including the recent launch of the Volvo Penta IPS Joystick which provides the operator with an intuitive device that makes docking smooth and seamless in almost any conditions.
