As the Volvo Ocean Race stopped in South Africa, we caught up with a colleague Pamellah Ngwenya. She is a fresh and proud Star for Life graduate. Today she works as a diesel technician at Volvo Trucks: “My job at Volvo is to do services, repairs and diagnostics... It gives you a platform for learning.” She talks about the importance of teamwork and making her dream come true thanks to perseverance.
