HR Manager, People Services China

Role (Purpose of the job)

We are currently looking for a Leader - a proactive person & business manager, who will lead our Workforce Team, and who will help us take the employee experience and HR efforts to the next level. Person in this position will also work closely with our colleagues across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop HR business deliveries towards Volvo Group China organizations
  • Provide mature line and business leadership to the team
  • Establish and maintain efficient communication flow with the internal customer and relevant stakeholders, drive decided actions and initiate own roadmap
  • Lead the team through the transition from SAP HR to SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Proactively identify and implement modern technology opportunities
  • Build the competences and deliveries for future needs according to the strategic direction
  • Drive continuous improvements for high standard quality and efficiency
  • Take proactive decisions in order to secure operational readiness; secure business continuity to mitigate the impact of unplanned events
