We are now looking for a Operations Process & IT Solution Expert that has a desire to work with people, has team spirit along with energy, high integrity, and a strong desire to deliver results.
Global Operations Process & IT Solution Expert
You will manage global and local solutions as part of a global team with a primary focus on SAP solutions. You will provide support, education and conduct improvement activities related to business processes and P&IT solutions.
You will work as part of a scrum team and global team of colleagues across multiple sites and strive for team spirit, energy and high employee engagement.
The team will deliver stable IT solutions through support, education and improvement activities.
The team will provide direct support to site business managers, key users and users related to local and global solutions.
You will lead the Global Production Planning Continuous Improvement (PPCI) Scrum Team as Scrum Master. Working with the Product Owner, the Scrum Team, key users and managers from all VCE sites, you will facilitate the planning and delivery of production planning related improvement activities via scrum methodologies.
Your profile
As a person, we expect you to have a genuine business interest and the ability to work autonomously. You have at least five years of experience and excellent understanding on business applications for production planning and logistics processes in the manufacturing industry.
Our main business processes are supported by SAP solutions and experience is required.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is required.
Your education will consist of a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Since you will be working with colleagues around the world, you need to speak English.
Most important in this role is that you have a desire to work with people.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, and have a “make it happen”, “learn on the fly” attitude. You can take decisions quickly and enjoy solving problems and collaborating with your network to deliver high quality solutions. You have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve.
You are not afraid of failure. You have failed, overcome difficulties, and learned from mistakes.
