Customer Service Director

Role:
Leading the national front line engineers, improve the customer satisfaction through professional dealer network.

  • Manage 14 front line service engineers
  • Improve the workshop process of dealer network
  • Improve the technical competence of dealers’ mechanic
  • Together with dealers to solve customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction
  • Guiding dealers to use DMS in a correct way
  • Implement the warranty / recall / campaign

Requirement:

Job Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of trucking industry
  • Knowledge of road transport industry
  • Knowledge of technical / automotive (heavy vehicles)
  • Knowledge of aftermarket support principles
  • Knowledge of automotive warranty principles
  • Knowledge of team management

Job Related Skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Advanced diagnostic skills, mechanical and electronic
  • Advanced problem solving
  • Effective communication in Chinese and English (verbal & written)
  • People management

Job Experience
  • 8 years technical experience in aftermarket (heavy vehicles)
  • European truck brand experience is a plus
  • Team manager

  • College / university diploma
