Senior HR Manager - Renault Trucks Market Germany

Your primary objective is to translate market business strategies into HR strategies, plans and actions to ensure the development and implementation of an efficient HR function. You will have one direct report and be responsible to not only lead and coach your team member based on leadership shaped by Volvo values, but also to guide the whole Renault Trucks organisation.
Your responsibilities cover employee engagement, employer branding, company culture, inclusion, talent management, and the overall HR strategy. Your main responsibilities are:
- Proactively assess team and employee development needs. Identify the future key qualifications and skills of your employees and implement solutions and trainings
- Monitoring and proactive action in all aspects of personnel planning
- Supporting and advising line managers in making decisions on HR and labour law issues
- Support of executives in the competence development process to secure the current and future need for competent and committed employees
- Monitor and evaluate HR and competence KPI’s and provide quality management information upon request
- Support change management activities
To be successful in this position we believe you have an extensive HR experience and a solid understanding of leadership and talent practices, recruitment, competence development, employee relations and performance management from both practical and academic fields.
Your ability to demonstrate a clear vision, genuine interest in performance management and your drive to meet challenging deadlines will for sure be a great benefit for us. However, most important you are a team player. Your strong networking, communication and people skills are all attributes that defines you. You have outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills and you work effectively with others to identify and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, talent management, business or a related field is required
- Excellent knowledge of German labour law
- Experience within project management and change management
- Preferably experience in the retail business and / or within the area of commercial vehicles
- Fluency in English
