Share dividend 2014
The Annual General Meeting approved the Board of Directors' motion that a dividend of SEK 3.00 per share be paid to the company's shareholders. The record date for dividends was established as April 7, 2014. Disbursement of the dividend by Euroclear Sweden AB is scheduled to occur on April 10, 2014.

Shareholders information
Shareholders who wish to participate in the Meeting must be recorded as shareholders in the printout of the share register made on March 27, 2014, and give notice of their intention to participate in the Meeting no later than on March 27, 2014
