Wom-Tech at Volvo Group

A workshop with tools and tips from woman-to-woman.

The workshop is focusing on sharing knowledge and experience within the technology industry from one woman to another. Tips and tricks will be shared and focused on in the first part of the morning where Teknikkvinnor will present their best tools from female engineers/leaders. Teknikkvinnor is an organization that works with developing and challenging norms and discussions through inspirational lectures and longer workshops. The second part of our Wom-Tech will be presented by Pernilla Sustovic and Divya Balabubramanian, who both are experienced group managers within Volvo Group. They will talk about their journey within Volvo Group and share successful keys from their careers. They will also talk about the female networks and initiatives we have internally for women.  Pernilla and Divya enjoys sharing their story’s and to inspire other individuals and are really looking forward to this day. Pernilla works as a Group Manager within Vehicle Automation and Divya within Vehicle functions development.

The main purpose of our Wom-Tech is to connect with female engineers working outside of Volvo Group and for them to share their knowledge, get inspired of the initiatives and possibilities we have for women at Volvo Group.

We serve breakfast in the morning and will end the workshop with opportunities to meet managers and of course a goodie-bag that you don’t want to miss!
