Stefan Carlsson, currently CFO at Volvo Penta, continues as a member of Volvo Penta Executive Team and also takes over Göran Gummeson’s segment responsibility for Marine Leisure Diesel. He will assume his new position on January 1, 2005.

Tomas Fernbring has been appointed new CFO of Volvo Penta, succeeding Stefan Carlsson. Tomas Fernbring is currently CFO for Volvo Penta’s North American operations.
