The review process to become a certified Great Place to Work includes an application which compiles information on company demographics, policies, practices and philosophy. The Great Place to Work Trust Index Employee Survey was then sent to more than 200 VFS employees across the USA to gather input.
A combination of factors contributed to VFS’ Great Place to Work designation, including a strong commitment to wellness programs, active community involvement and excellent employee benefits such as a generous amount of earned time off.
