In this position you will.....
As the Service Owner you will be commercially responsible for all ActiveCare related services, driving and managing performance and profitability over their lifecycle. You will represent the business and commercial view in development projects and be the voice of the customer, ensuring that prioritized new services and product changes are planned and delivered.

Areas of Influence….
  • Develop the service vision, and hands-on roadmaps from idea to launch in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and entities across Volvo CE organization.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Regions and Hubs go-to-market strategies including business models and pricing supported by solid business cases
  • Support all relevant stakeholders by developing and owning the commercial view, the voice of the customer, and the business opportunity
  • Actively drive pricing and cost to ensure profitability of the service and to understand how we monetize the offer
  • Establish regional sales forecast for services and set review process
  • Gather and analyze key service usage information through market analysis, data analysis, voice of customer, dealer and sales regions interaction
  • Ensure together with UPP, D&IT, the sales regions and other internal and external suppliers that the prioritized changes are planned and developed according to the set objectives.
  • Plan and drive End of Life and/or transition to new service where applicable including impact analysis, transition/phase out alternatives, pricing/incentives, and market communication.
  • Evaluate the commercial and financial performance in the regions and implement relevant corrective actions

Must Haves….
  • 2-3 years successful experience defining, implementing and managing go-to-market activities
  • Product Management experience within B2B service area
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
