We have a rare opportunity to join us as a Trainee Parts Advisor at our Inverness depot. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience within this type of role, we will support you to develop your skills within your new role.

Role Summary

• 7:00am - 15:30pm Monday-Friday
• Total hours per week: 39.00

Key responsibilities:

• Forecasting customer demand
• Processing orders
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of Vehicle parts
• Receiving and storing of vehicle Parts
• Lead the creation/development of Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete supply chain documentation for audit requirements
• Resolving problems including customer service issues
• Identify, manage and escalate risks to the business

• Driving license preferred but not essential
