Business Development Manager Productivity Services

Job Summary
The main objective for the role is to develop and establish productivity services apart from EAAS for Region India for both Volvo and SDLG and E-mob products.
Grow the existing service products like Site efficiency improvement projects, operator's trainings, Digital services, SiteSim, Assist Apps to impact the business performance of Region India
Draw the road map for productivity Services Growth and establish a profitable
plan
Support the sales and marketing activities on productivity Services.
Establish processes for delivery of Productivity Services
Coordinate and Participate in Networks and Global Productivity Services Forums
Work closely with Uptime, Retail and KA/EaaS Sales, Finance and Sales Support Team
Legal and Financial Compliance for the Productivity Services Sales and Delivery process
Financial Performance of the Productivity Services
Business development for attachments and special application solutions for Volvo & SDLG Products
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Responsible for overall management of Productivity Service Portfolio- Operators trainings, Simulator on Wheels, Site efficiency Improvement projects, Digital services, Sitesim, Assist Service Sales
Financial and Legal management of the Productivity Services Portfolio (Except EaaS).
Establish and implement the SOPs for all activities related to planning and delivery of productivity services.
Development of distribution model and delivery of Productivity Services Products
Manage the team of Master operators work team and Ensure safety and statutory compliance for Products and People in Productivity Services
Work in close coordination with the Uptime, KA, EaaS, Finance and Sales Support team, Marcom tea,
Marketing and Sales of Productivity Service Products
Achievement of Business Objectives of Productivity Services
Reporting of the Business development and Results.
Participating in Global and Network Forums for Productivity Services.
Implement Industry Best Practices and learnings from other regional teams (Global) to improve efficiency of productivity service business.
Business development and sales of Attachments and special application in the designated geographic territory.
Sales competence development in dealerships and VCE teams for attachments and special applications.
Work with product managers and other attachment team members for developing innovative special solutions.
Projection and performance reporting of attachments/SAS for designated territory.
