Job Summary:The role of a sales administrator responsible consist of:- Ensure that the conditions of sale applied are compliant with applicable standards.
- Ensure stock management
- Secure payment by verifying that all conditions are fulfilled by the customer
Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:- Play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client.
- Control if the sales conditions are in line with Volvo Maroc instructions
- Provide customers/bodybuilders with required administrative documents for homologation
- Secure payment of trucks and apply Volvo Group sales procedures
- Control if the bodybuilders/partners are covered by an insurance contract
- Follow age of stock & customer payment
- Being an interface with internal and external service providers and customers in business matters as required
- To update Customer Data base and update inventories information for Sales Team
- Management of activities (Invoicing, Offers validation...)
- Support in preparation and submission of tenders
Perform the update of the customer database

- Able to work accurately with great attention to details
- Proactivity & good communication
- Mastering MS Office, together with computing and data entry skills
- French & Arabic language are a must have (written & spoken)
- English is must have
Required knowledge & experience:- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- background within automotive industry would be a plus
