    Mack Trucks Accepting Entries for 2024 Mack Calendar

    GREENSBORO, NC (March 13, 2023) – Mack Trucks announced today that they are launching the Mack Calendar Contest for 2024. The contest is an opportunity for Mack customers to show off their Mack pride online, and if chosen, be featured in the 2024 calendar.

  • INDIANAPOLIS (March 8, 2023) – Mack Trucks revealed today its Mack® MD Electric, the company’s first electric vehicle in the medium-duty segment of the trucking industry. Mack revealed the truck for the first time during an event at the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) 2023 Work Truck Show, March 6-9 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

Massachusetts-based Ballard Truck Center was named the 2022 U.S. Dealer Group of the Year and Sheehan’s Truck Centre in Ontario was named the 2022 Canadian Dealer Group of the Year. The award recognizes exemplary performance across several key areas, including reaching sales targets, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

  • Volvo Trucks North America rolled out a new connected technology tool for its dealers to help fleet customers maximize both fuel efficiency and vehicle productivity. The Connected Vehicle Analytics (CVA) tool collects real-world data from fleet operations — including current truck configurations, daily routes, average speed, and fuel efficiency — to enable dealers to recommend the ideal configurations for a customer’s new Class 8 truck purchase, tailored to their specific operations. The tool was introduced this week at ATA's Technology & Maintenance Council's (TMC) 2023 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, in Orlando, Florida.

    Busworld Latest Stop for All-new Prevost H3-45

    Sainte-Claire, Quebec, Canada (February 15, 2023) – The redesigned Prevost H3-45 was in the spotlight once again as it made its presence known at the ABA Marketplace & Busworld in Detroit. Show attendees were eager to get a first-hand look at the stunning vehicle in the Prevost booth.

  • Volvo Trucks North America will showcase the 2022 Volvo VNL 760 “Purple Haze”, a VNL 760 equipped with the latest D13 Turbo Compound and I-Torque at the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) 2023 Spring Meeting from February 27-March 2 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. TMC attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the “Purple Haze” driver – fuel efficiency forerunner and social media influencer, Joel Morrow. The latest version of the Class 8 BEV market leading Volvo VNR Electric truck will also be on display.

  • Volvo Trucks North America has added an additional vendor, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, to its Vendor Direct Shipping program, further enabling customers to procure mobile and fixed electric vehicle (EV) charging hardware solutions directly from Volvo Trucks dealers when they purchase Volvo VNR Electric trucks. The program was initially launched in September 2022 with Heliox as its first vendor.
